Interim statements are available online for the following products; Savings Maximiser Savings Accelerator Orange Everyday Viewing and printing interim statements via online banking Results can be returned for the period selected, so long as it's dating back no longer than seven financial years from today. * To generate a statement for a date later than your last available statement, select interim statement and the date(s) you need. (Likewise if you need a letter of balance.) Click 'Statements’ Select ‘View statements' Choose the relevant account Select "interim statement" option from the drop down Set the date range (within the current statement period) Click Find Viewing statements via the mobile app: The mobile app will only return results within the last two years. If you require dates prior to this you will need to log into online banking via the ING website. Log into your account via the mobile app Select the down arrow next your account name Select Statements from the menu Select the appropriate statement period Select the statement you wish to view and it will begin to download
Online Application If you have applied online for a Savings Maximiser you will receive a welcome e-mail within 48 hours of opening the account. For Business Optimiser and Term Deposits, you will receive a confirmation letter outlining the details of your account. After your home loan settles, we will send you a letter to confirm all of the details (this may occur after your first payment is made). To access your ING account via the ING website, simply click on Online Banking at ing.com.au then enter your Client Number and Access Code. Paper Application If you mailed us a paper application, you will receive a Welcome Pack in the mail confirming details of your new account. This may take five to seven business days to reach you after we have received your completed application. You will be provided with your Client Number and a Temporary Access Code. To access your ING account via the ING website, simply click on Online Banking at ing.com.au, then enter your Client Number and Temporary Access Code. You should change this Temporary Access Code to one of your own choice as soon as possible.
